The 2015 Siebeldinger Im Sonnenschein Riesling trocken GG offers a super clear and precise bouquet with crushed stones, chalk and ripe pineapple aromas. Dense, piquant and very mineral on the palate, this firmly-structured wine is very compact and still austere; but this is without a doubt a great dry Riesling that will be one of the greatest German 2015 Rieslings in 5-10 years from now. This wine is breaking the rocks and integrates the dust and lemon flavors into a Riesling of great purity and expression. Perhaps one of the finest Im Sonnenschein. - Stephan Reinhardt
