The 2015 Morstein Auslese is another beautiful wine...The bouquet is still stunning, jumping from the glass in a blend of peach, yellow plum, honeycomb, a lovely base of limestone soil and a floral topnote. On the palate the wine is pure, medium-full and delivers beautifully succulent fruit on the attack. The mid-palate depth is exemplary, the acids ripe and racy and the finish very, very long, complex and loaded with energy and unfolding beauty. Stunning juice in its own right.
