Medium to full-bodied, ripe, and beautifully textured on the palate, it’s a balanced Red Mountain Cabernet that can be enjoyed any time over the coming 10-15 years.

Medium to full-bodied, the Cabernet is youthfully tight and rigid in the mouth, with grippy, structured tannins and a complex, mineral-driven tension, showing exceptional quality. The finish is dusty, with a composed yet tight complexity that will age beautifully over the next decade. 3,051 cases were made. - AM

Offers a pure beam of lively fruit detail and good structure with black cherry, toasty mocha and dried dill flavors that build toward broad-shouldered tannins. Drink now through 2025. 3,051 cases made. — TF

Very ripe, slightly porty aromas of kirsch, cassis, black plum, mocha and spices, plus suggestions of herbs and menthol. Plush, sweet and tactile; reveals plenty of Red Mountain ripeness and power but in a take-no-prisoners style. The wine's briary black and purple berry flavors are complicated by bitter chocolate, licorice and sassafras elements. Boasts much more stuffing than the Mimi Cabernet and finishes with chewy, ripe, building tannins and noteworthy persistence. Still, there's something a bit unrefined about this Cabernet.
