Wine Spectator, April 2017

The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannin on the entry, layers of blackberry and bilberry fruit tinged with clove and truffle, although going back and forth between the two, I just found myself more drawn to the brightness of the La Croix de Gay this year. - Neal Martin
