Nosiola is an old and ancient grape that faced almost certain extinction not too long ago. In the entire region of Trentino, a mere 400 hectares exist, and the Foradori family has long been among is most creative and vocal proponents. The 2016 Nosiola Fontanasanta sees fruit fermented in amphorae, where it remains in contact with the skins for six months.
