A killer white, the 2016 Les Champs Libres Blanc (100% Sauvignon) boasts a vivid gold color as well as loads of white grapefruit, white flowers, crushed rocks, and subtle pineapple aromas and flavor. Harvested from a massal selection from the Loire, grown in white clay and limestone soils, this beauty is medium to full-bodied, has terrific mid-palate depth, bright acidity, and a great finish. Give it a few years and enjoy over the following 10-15.
