The 2017 Chardonnay Estate opens with pretty notes of chamomile, elderflower, fresh quince and red apple skin with notions of pie crust, crushed hazelnuts and honeyed peaches. The palate is light to medium-bodied and lightly rounded with pretty, honey-nut accents and juicy acidity to counter, finishing long and fresh. This is classic Oregon with that juxtaposition of mineral and savory character. - Erin Brooks

From vines grown in shallow volcanic soils, this lightly ripened wine cuts a concise path through the palate. With strong elements of mineral, lime, citrus rind and a saline note, it's a wine with verve and definition. The focused green-apple fruit carries just the lightest suggestion of barrel toast.
