Rich and dense, with grainy tannins supporting the black cherry and plum fruit. Wild herb, tar and earth flavors chime in on the chalky finish. Best from 2023 through 2032. – BS

The two sites are vinified and bottled separably, and the Filetta di Lamole is much finer in frame. Florals, broom and dry, dusty earth atop summer berries are all very enticing.
