The 2019 Chardonnay UV El Diablo Vineyard is flush with fresh green apple fruit, Meyer lemon, dusty earth, and flinty reduction. Full-bodied and rich with texture, the palate is ripe with pineapple candy, vanillin, and baking spice. This was a solid wine to start the flight. Drink over the next 15 years.

Its aromas are reticent to begin and focused on stone fruit pit, fresh quince, chamomile, lemon and wafts of meringue and matchstick.
