The 2019 Pinot Bianco is spicy and wickedly fresh, wafting up notes of crushed stone and wild herbs before settling into a display of apricot and green apple. It’s silky and expansive, yet there’s a reverberation of zesty acids and salty minerals that maintain perfect balance. Inner florals and a twang of cheek-puckering lime linger, yet there’s also a good amount of structure here. Give this another year or two, and then watch it blossom.
