Produced from nine parcels located in Bouzeron at mid-slope, the fruit is gently crushed, fermented and aged in large casks. The favoured location of the parcels and the restrained use of wood mean that the wine retains impressive freshness and purity of lemony fruit. There is a bright, crisp feel on the palate that is approachable now but would also age well. Impressive wine at this level. (Drink between 2023-2040)

This elegant and youthful chardonnay is simultaneously creamy and elegant on the medium-bodied palate. Subtle, smoky nose with a touch of tarte au citron. Very clean and intensely mineral finish with freshness that suggests this has a good many years ahead of it. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
