This is a relatively deep colored rosé and the pinot influence is immediately evident with the cherry, strawberry and soft pomegranate scents that are trimmed in lovely yeast nuances. There is a relatively firm effervescence to the delicious medium weight flavors that possess good complexity if limited refinement on the robust finish. This won’t win any awards for refinement, indeed it’s borderline rustic yet one can’t fault the bold delivery. now+
