Made from 51% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and the rest Pinot Meunier, the NV Cuvee 20 Sparkling Wine pours a rich golden color, with ripe aromas of roasted pineapple, orange rind, bread dough, and white flowers. It offers a lively and rounded mouthfeel, with ripe fruit on the palate of poached pear and peach, and it has a soft texture. Drink it over the next few years. - Audrey Frick

The NV Cuvée 20 is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier, mainly from the 2016 vintage, although it does incorporate about 25% reserve wine. It opens with a touch of flinty reduction from its four years' tirage, then gives way to golden apples, toast, pastry and floral nuances. The palate is light-bodied, creamy and refreshing, striking a fine balance between savory tones and bright fruit, and it has a long, layered finish. - Erin Brooks
