The De Sousa Tradition is a 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier fermented in stainless steel, unfiltered and finished Extra Brut with a five gram per liter dosage. Fragrant with inviting notes of lemon sorbet drizzled with red fruit coulis, hints of vanilla bean and honeysuckle, the Tradition opens to a wonderfully clean and fresh, light to medium-bodied palate with red fruits lit up by bright, radiating acidity and a very refreshing, textured finish that offers easygoing and delightful pleasure.
