Beautiful nose with pears, apples and signs of autolysis. In the background fresh hazelnuts and a hint of green fruit with a creamy mousse and classy palate. Well put together with great balance between the fruit and the brioche notes. Superb!

The NV von Buhl Reserve Brut is based on two-thirds Pinot Blanc and one-third Chardonnay. The sparkling wine displays a bright golden color and opens with an intense, fresh and elegant bouquet with lemon aromas intermixed with brioche and toasty as well as flinty aromas of ripe fruits.
