The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Vineyard is the softest of the three Souverain Cabernets. Plump, corpulent, with a deep ruby/plum color, sweet cassis, kirsch, licorice and smoky oak notes, this one is full-bodied, opulent and a total hedonistic turn-on. Yes, you could call this a Cabernet Sauvignon fruit bomb, but it has great balance and should provide pleasure for at least another 10-20 years. - Robert Parker
