Curbside Customer Pick-Up

  1. Contact your Fine Wine Specialist or our Customer Service Team to schedule a pick-up, or choose this option as your ship method during checkout. Please note, weekend pick-up is not available at this time.
  2. Wait for the confirmation email that your order is ready for pick-up. Then stop by during our customer pick-up hours. 
  3. If you are unable to pick-up on your scheduled date, please contact us to reschedule. We are not able to accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled arrivals.
  4. Your pick-up will be "contact-free self-load" to accommodate safety protocols recommended by the CDC as follows:
    • When you arrive for your pick-up appointment, pull into one of our designated curbside pick-up spots.
    • Stay in your vehicle and call the number on the sign to let us know you’re here.
    • Our team will bring your wines out on a cart for you to load into your vehicle. Carts are disinfected frequently.
    • Load your wines and leave the empty cart outside for us to collect.
    • We will not ask you to sign to confirm receipt of your wines.
    • When you arrive home, please check your order. If you discover a mistake, get in touch within 48 hours of your pick-up date.

Pick-Up Hours

7307 Suite F is not visible from Edgewater. Take the driveway between 7303 and 7305 Edgewater and continue towards the row of buildings in the back lot. You'll see us straight ahead. 

Same Day Delivery is available!

We offer FedEx Same Day and Jet Delivery to many Bay Area zip codes, as well as other shipping methods if you are outside the Same Day Delivery area. Contact your Fine Wine Specialist or email Customer Service and we will arrange this for you.

Promoting health and safety

JJ Buckley takes the health and safety of our employees very seriously. In our warehouse, we are taking the steps recommended by the CDC to minimize health risks to our teammates and clients, including face coverings, aggressive cleaning procedures and social distancing.
