I very much like the sense of underlying tension and balance here. Drink: 2021+

Floral notes add lift as well as balance on the energetic close. Magnien acquired this plot (the highest 1er in Gevrey) in an exchange of parcels with La Vougeraie. He credits the results in this vineyard, which has been certified biodynamic since 2002, as a major motivation in his move towards farming the rest of his vineyards biodynamically as well. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2026. - Antonio Galloni
