Our Bordeaux blanc special from last month was so successful that we're bringing it back for more summer celebrations! Typically made from three varietals (Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, or Muscadelle), these wines offer a range of styles. On the zestier side you'll find floral and grassy notes that pair wonderfully with light fish and salad courses. The bolder style displays notes of lemon, butter, baked apples and spices, and pairs well with richer foods such as fish, pork, and chicken with cream based sauces.
