Chateau Lafleur Winemaker Dinner

Neighbor to Cheval Blanc and Petrus, the small, family-owned Chateau Lafleur is Pomerol's crown jewel - and undoubtedly its rarest. Prized among Bordeaux collectors, Lafleur beguiles and bewitches with its seemingly impossible marriage of elegance and strength, and a complexity that defies imagination.
Rarer still is the opportunity to taste and discuss multiple vintages of Lafleur in the company of Lafleur cellar master, Omri Ram. Seating will be limited so that guests may enjoy a "salon" styled atmosphere of intellectual and philosophical conversation about the estate and its wines.
The evening will commence with a Champagne reception, followed by a 6-course tasting menu prepared by renowned chef, Roland Passot of La Folie.
