The 2006 Foreshadow Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the excellent Conner Lee Vineyard. It also spent 20 months in new and used French oak. Attractive aromas of smoke, pencil lead, violets, black cherry and blackcurrant lead to an elegant wine with good depth and concentration, plenty of succulent fruit, and enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years. This tasty effort will drink well from 2011 to 2018.-JSM
