Spice berries licorice oak and intense minerality rich fruit supple textures and a long fresh licorice stone and plum filled finish. This breakout vintage is the finest wine from this estate I've ever tasted. Situated just outside the village next to Belair-Monange the winery is consulted by Hubert de Bouard of Chateau Angelus and the improvement shows.

A sleeper worth watching in the next few vintages. Best from 2014 through 2024. – JM

A grapey and rich wine with lots of blackberry and blueberry character. Full and velvety with a mineral, floral and dark chocolate character. Long and velvety. Slightly extracted but shows balance at the end. Better in 2016.

The dense ruby/purple-hued 2010 exhibits crushed rock raspberry and blueberry notes along with an unmistakable minerality. Medium-bodied quintessentially elegant pure and textured it should drink well for 12-15+ years.

Raspberry jam currant and plum compote emerge on the nose along with spicy pepper and crushed rocks. The palate is medium bodied with ripe fruit flavors and great structure and acidity comes in on the mid palate tannins present throughout. This will be ready to go on release and drink well for the following 15. Tasted 3 times with consistent notes.
