This is not a classic Bonnes Mares as it's not especially powerful or robust but there is the class and refinement of a grand cru. It is also not particularly structured, at least not in the context of a typical Bonnes Mares though it will still require a good 10 years of cellar time first.

Wild aromas of musky, briary black raspberry, cola, pepper, spices and flowers. Round and deep in the mouth, with lovely sweetness and a light touch to the dark fruit and mocha flavors. Still a bit youthfully stunted but has the length and energy to reward mid-term aging.
