A highly complex, cool and ultra-pure nose is composed of wonderfully fresh pomegranate, floral, spice and stone hints. There is excellent delineation to the sleek and attractively textured medium weight flavors that exude a fine minerality on the saline-infused finish. I very much like the sense of energy as the refreshing mouth feel just makes you feel like drinking it. Note that this appears to be ever-so-slightly better than my initial assessment and I have also extended the initial drinking window by two years.
