Deep garnet-purple in color and a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Merlot, the 2011 Amy’s shows off aromas of warm cassis, dark chocolate, blackberry compote and blueberries with hints of bay leaves and fertile earth. Full-bodied, richly fruited and packed with black and blue fruit flavors, it has a medium level of fine-grained tannins and well balanced, refreshing acid before finishing with great persistence.
