Light and clear in the glass. Quite aromatic with punchy passionfruit and gritty cement dominating. More sweet, tropical fruit hits the palate on the attack but mellows through the medium bodied finish. This 85% Semillon 15% Sauv Blanc blend has some barrel influence as evidenced by a smooth almost creamy texture. Perhaps lacking a touch of acidity but a solid effort for the price point.
