The 2014 Igp Côtes Catalanes Infiniment de L'Ou is another terrific vintage for this cuvee. This inky colored beauty offers classic notes of blackberries, cracked pepper, tapenade and spice, full-bodied richness and a silky, elegant texture that keeps you coming back to the glass. It’s already impossible to resist, nevertheless, it’s going to continue drinking nicely through 2024.

While the 2015s are sensational from this estate, the 2014s are also brilliant and some of the top wines in the vintage. The 2014 IGP Cotes Catalanes Infiniment de l'Ou sports a deep purple color as well as pure, perfumed notes of pepper, darker fruits, olives and spice. The 2014 Chateau de l’Ou “Infiniment de l’Ou” is a gem! Nearly opaque and purple in color, this wine boasts super bright aromas of black cherry, violet, granite, and Chinese five spice. On the palate the wine is soft and supple with just ripe black currant, blackberry, and raspberry with a strong streak of black pepper and a sappy, rich texture.
