Black cherry, gravel, cured meats, cloves, leather and spice bring out the darker, more virile side of Pinot Noir. Readers should plan on cellaring the 2018 for at least a few years. The 2018 is a Pinot of substantial weight and gravitas that leans a bit more towards intensity than finesse.
