Accessible genius. This wine makes a spectacular entry point for the range. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed directly into used casks for fermentation on native yeasts. The vines are primarily south-facing, and those for this bottling are predominantly younger vines. The style is slightly less reductive and La Source and Summum; overall, the profile is nicely lemony fruit with more wood here. Excellent length and impressive concentration.
