(93+ points) The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon (there's 2% Malbec) is gorgeous and certainly competes with wines at twice the price. Cassis, darker currants, tobacco, leafy herbs, and a Graves-like scorched earth character all define the aromatics, and it's medium to full-bodied, has a plush, layered mouthfeel, velvety tannins, and a great finish. I love it today, yet I suspect it will benefit from 2-3 years in the cellar and evolve for 15+ years.

Deep garnet-purple colored, it opens with classic blackcurrant and juicy plums notes, leading to an undercurrent of cedar, bay leaves, and black olives. The full-bodied palate is plush and juicy with just enough freshness and a savory finish.

Ripe and opulent with densely packed, dark-fruit aromas of blackberries, coffee beans, graphite and dried herbs. The palate is full-bodied with firmly framed tannins and a textural, rounded mouthfeel. Quite bold and savory with plenty to like. Drink or hold.
