A lovely light gold/straw color in the glass, nicely accented by fine, vigorous bubbles. High-toned notes of green apple, wildflowers and hints of crushed rock burst from the glass on an enticing nose. The palate offers a deft balance between racy acidity and rich fruit with a just a touch of toasty brioche. Fine a precise, with a bit of a nod to Champagne, this is an excellent bubbly that will make you re-think your preconceived notions about Prosecco.
