The latest release of Deutz' NV Brut Rosé is showing nicely, mingling aromas of tangerine, white cherries and red berry fruit with hints of warm bread. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy but precise, it's delicate and fine-boned, with a racy spine of acidity and a penetrating finish.
