An immediate hit of saltiness on the nose announces that this is not about fruit but soil. Fine mousse and bright slenderness immediately spell elegance and verve. Concentration on the mid-palate, despite the svelte body, brings salty depth and a touch of blond baguette crust. Freshness, verve and elegance make this a quintessential, taut blanc de blancs.
