Disgorged in April 2019 with four grams per liter dosage, the newly released NV Brut Extra Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru is based on the 2014 vintage—a similar assemblage to the flagship Brut but with more time sur lattes. Bursting with aromas of fresh peach, pear, pastry cream, fresh bread and hints of wild strawberry, it's medium to full-bodied, with a textural attack, racy acids and chalky back-end grip. - William Kelley
