The 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve (2400 cases) dominated a flight that included fourteen of its peers. It exhibits a saturated purple color as well as a youthful yet promising nose of toasty new oak briery fruit cassis and licorice. The wine is concentrated and pure with sweet tannin adequate acidity and medium to full body. A seamless beautifully proportioned Cabernet Sauvignon it should be at its peak with another 2-3 years of bottle age and keep for 15 or more.
