Diving in more, it has nuances of freshly cut spring flowers and a wet slate-like minerality. This beautiful bouquet will make it irresistible to take your first sip, where you will find a sprinkle of sweetness at the forefront before diving into the fruit medley and minerals. Balanced on the palate, its solid acidic spine carries the wine through its long, citrus-driven finish that will just leave you wanting to start all over again. Pair this with some mildly spicy Asian fusion food, or just a fresh salad with citrus.
