They are going to release small quantities of older vintages that were disgorged when they were first released. I tasted a bottle of 2001 Gran Reserva Brut Nature III Lustros, which must have been disgorged in 2008/2009, and it's quite interesting to see the evolution. This has developed more oxidative aromas, with notes of baked apples, a golden color and a mellow palate, with soft acidity. The reality is that III Lustros, Celler Batlle and the new Enoteca line are all the same base wine with more or less time in contact with the lees in bottle. I guess it's also up to the individual bottle, but this was clearly the more oxidative of all the wines I tasted from Gramona. There are only a handful of bottles for sale (100?) and they are still discussing prices, which will reflect the rarity and will probably be more expensive than the Enoteca. - Luis Gutiérrez
