The nose is bright, revealing aromas of cherry and raspberry, intermingled with cocoa, mint, and hints of cedar. The palate is supple, with flavors that are fresh and inviting: strawberry, cherry, baking spice, and a touch of anise. Quite approachable, this light-bodied wine will pair well with a variety of lighter fare, such as roasted chicken, slow-cooked pork tenderloin, and grilled vegetables.
