The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon from Perdriel feels very classical and aromatic with notes of paprika, brick dust, and a leafy sensation with elegance and complexity. The medium-bodied palate is very elegant, with great balance, purity of flavors and freshness, with fully-resolved tannins and a very good length.
