Caves Naveran's 2006 Naveran Dama is a blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Parallada which spent 24 months on its lees. Medium straw-colored it offers up a complex aromatic array of freshly baked biscuit green apple and mineral. It has an attractive mousse and a persistent stream of tiny bubbles.
