The nose is a classic representation of the 2006 harvest with aromas of fresh earth and herbs lying atop dark berry cherry and menthol. This is a supple approachable wine that is lithe in profile with a long lingering finish that ends in very fine tannins. The fruit seems to grow in concentration from entry to the finish ending in rich bright textures that promise great cellaring potential.
