Dark ruby red showcasing great concentration of color with very little rim varation towards the edge. The nose is dominated by notes of licorice red currant and mineral intermixed with vanilla cranberry and soft floral accents. Medium bodied with round tannins and acidity the mid palate displays red cherry plum and roasted herbs leading to a pleasant finish. Paired with a nicely grilled NY Steak this wine will sing or enjoy on its own now with a bit of air or over the next 5-8 years.
