Tasted at Richards Walford in London. With 53.1 g/L residual sugar, the Moelleux has a very elegant, honeyed bouquet, touches of tangerine and mango, just a hint of pineapple, very good fruit intensity. The palate is well balanced, very fine minerality that goes from start to finish, taut, fresh citrus fruits, hints of white peach and pineapple, linear towards the finish that is a little drier than you might expect from a Moelleux. This is worth cellaring away for ten years.
