IWC 90
Stephen Tanzer's IWC, October 2010
Bright pale yellow. Less fruity and more minerally on the nose. There's an almost metallic quality to the juicy lemon and lime flavors and yet the wine does not come across as austere. Still this is in a much drier style... Bright pale yellow. Less fruity and more minerally on the nose. There's an almost metallic quality to the juicy lemon and lime flavors and yet the wine does not come across as austere. Still this is in a much drier style and finishes a bit rigorous with notes of spices and fresh herbs. This rather penetrating wine boasts plenty of personality but needs a couple years to unwind. 90(+?) points

A very fresh and bright nose featuring notably cool and mineral-laced floral citrus peel and pear aromas combines with delicious racy detailed and stony middle weight flavors that culminate in a well-balanced delineated and mildly austere finish. This is a lovely wine that reminds me a bit of a fine Chablis as there is a saline quality to the finish.
