Full of tropical fruit flavors, this is rounded, ripe and very accessible. At the same time, its structure shows through in the tang of green apple skin, judicious wood aging and taut aftertaste.

70% sauvignon blanc 30% Semillon. Aged for 14-15 months in oak 60% new. Elegant and perfumed with delicate juniper aromas. Shows good complexity on the palate with oily oak paired with subtle citrus and mineral flavors... 70% sauvignon blanc 30% Semillon. Aged for 14-15 months in oak 60% new. This will reward short term cellaring and drink well over the next 3-15 years.
