Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, May 2011
A sensational blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon with nearly 14% natural alcohol this superb honeyed effort exhibits orange marmalade lemon custard and exotic tropical fruit notes.

James Suckling - jamessuckling.com, April 2011
This is a powerful white with wonderful mineral and citrus character on the nose and palate. Full and racy bright acidity and dense palate. Long long finish. Excellent.

Quite ripe with lots of tangerine candied lemon peel and gooseberry notes carried by lush straw and salted butter flavors. Lengthy finish. -J.M.

Hand harvested between Sep 13 and 23. 13.8% alcohol. A rich and creamy nose offers juicy apple lemon curd and loads of mineral. While showing loads of depth the nose is still tight and unyielding but with great potential. On the palate this displays rich broad texture with flavors of banana cream key lime and underlying minerality reminiscent of slate wrapped tightly in beautiful acids. A stunning wine that will last for the ages. One of the top whites of the vintage. 900 cases produced. Michel Rolland consults.
