Barrel fermented with wild yeast in French oak 34% new and matured for 10 months in oak the 2010 Chardonnay offers a youthfully closed nose of fresh peaches and cream cedar lightly toasted bread and apple tart. Medium bodied and packed with nervy flavor intensity in the mouth it has crisp acidity and a silken texture finishing long with lingering honeyed toast notes.
