One of the highlights in this range the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve opens with a warm open bouquet redolent of mocha espresso sweet spice and plums. Seemingly endless layers of flavor build as this rich resonant wine shows off its stunning pedigree. The 2010 boasts serious fruit acidity and tannin but all the elements are so balanced nothing in particular stands out. A thrilling large-scaled mountain Cabernet Sauvignon the 2010 is simply a marvel to behold. I imagine it will still be remarkable at age 20 and likely beyond. This is a great showing from Keenan.
