(WA90-92 points) The 2011 Chablis Blanchots is the only grand cru that sees no oak, but the fruit still tends toward the richer side of things within the context of Chablis. Nectarine, peaches, flowers and spices flesh out in this relatively open, supple wine. Today, the Blanchots comes across as easygoing. It should be delicious and approachable upon release.
