Cellar Selection. Consistent with the winery's excellent lineup of 2011's, this is an elegant wine, precisely sculpted with plenty of underlying acidity. Cherry, cola and earth components meld seamlessly, and the new oak aging shows admirable restraint, allowing the fruit to shine. As with a number of top wines from the vintage, this should age gracefully now through the mid-2020s.
